By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Site.

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Diphy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use our services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
Disclaimer
The materials on the Site are provided on an “as is“ basis. The Site makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall The Site or its suppliers be liable for any damages - including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption - arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Site, even if the Site authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Your Account
To register and become a Site user, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are registering on behalf of someone else, you must have their explicit permission to do so. You are responsible for your account and ensuring its lawful use. By creating an account, you agree to abide by these Terms and confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement with us. Please provide accurate information about yourself, and inform us promptly of any changes so we can update your details.
If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or individual, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf. You are accountable for any activity related to your account, so safeguard your login details and refrain from sharing them with others.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately. You are not permitted to transfer your account to another party or use it in a manner that, in our reasonable judgment, may harm the Site, its reputation, or infringe upon the rights of others or applicable laws and regulations.
Your Username
When you create a Site account, you must select a username that respects the rights of all users. While your username may hold personal significance, it must also be appropriate and refrain from infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, such as copyright and trademarks. Avoid using names of celebrities or brands, offensive or vulgar language, or selecting a username solely for future profit.
In the event of any issues with your username, we will assess the situation fairly and may request that you change it. If you decline, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. Failure to renew your subscription for six consecutive months may result in the reclamation or reassignment of your username.
Managing your Plan
You have the flexibility to sign up for the Site and cancel your plan at any time. Your plan begins upon acceptance of these Terms and remains active until canceled. Suspension or Cancellation of Your Account
Failure to comply with these Terms may lead to the suspension or termination of your account, or other actions to address non-compliance. For instance, failure to make timely payments may result in the deletion of your data from our servers.
The actions we take will depend on the severity and nature of the non-compliance. While suspension or cancellation may not always be necessary, repeated or significant violations are more likely to warrant such measures. In the event of suspension or cancellation, we strive to provide advance notice, although we are not obligated to do so.
Please note that no refunds will be issued for fees paid in advance. If you believe your account was mistakenly canceled or if you encounter any issues with these Terms or the Platform, please contact us through the Support Center. We are committed to working together in good faith to resolve any disputes before considering legal action.
Content Responsibility
We are not responsible for any content shared by our customers on their landing pages or business cards. Customers are solely responsible for the content they upload, and we cannot be held liable for any misuse of our services.
Free Plan
The Free Plan begins on the day the user creates an account and remains active until either the Site discontinues it, or the user upgrades to a Premium plan. This plan may include third-party advertisements displayed on the user's online products.
PREMIUM PLAN
The subscription is payable monthly or annually and encompasses the following components included in the price: one Printable Business Card - template only -, one Mobile Busienss Card, one Smart QRCode, one VCard, one Smart Landing Page with the features/limitations described on the Pricing Page.
Plan Details
The pricing plans outlined on the Pricing Page and detailed within these Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the current pricing plans and terms regularly. Any modifications to the plans will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated pricing and terms.
Purchasing and Renewal
Purchasing a subscription grants access to our services for the selected duration. Subscriptions are prepaid monthly or annually with no refunds in case of regrets. We do not retain any fiscal information and do not force users to renew their subscription unless they express their own will.
Ensure timely payment of subscription fees. Your paid plan will not be automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle.
When signing up, provide accurate billing details and a valid payment method - e.g., credit card -. This authorization enables us to charge the applicable fees. In the event of automatic billing failure, you will receive an online invoice that must be settled within the specified timeframe.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy applies only in cases of accidental duplicate payments or similar errors. We do not offer refunds for any other reason. Please ensure accuracy when making payments to avoid any discrepancies.
Editing Limitations
Customers and Trial Users are allowed to change the Username once created one. The username is linked to the Smart QR Code, which means that any correction would require changing the QR Code and could cause misalignment with all your printed materials.
Every username corresponds to a single project. Creating a new username corresponds to a new contract.
Permission to Use Images or Data
By utilizing our services, users grant us permission to utilize any images or data provided for the purpose of creating and managing their landing pages or business cards. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of images, logos, text, and other content for the sole purpose of fulfilling the user's requests and requirements related to our services.
Do Not Share Sensitive Information
We encourage users not to share sensitive information, including but not limited to personal identification numbers, financial information, or any other confidential data. As our platform operates in a public domain, we cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of any information shared on our platform. Users are responsible for ensuring that they do not share sensitive or confidential information that may compromise their security or privacy. Additionally, please note that we may monitor and check the data shared on our platform to ensure compliance with our terms and conditions and to maintain the integrity of our services.
Data Verification
Users agree to allow us to verify and cross-reference the data provided during the registration process. This may involve manual checks and verification processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information provided.
Data and Code Storage
Users acknowledge and agree that all data and core information related to their landing pages, including but not limited to code, templates, and design elements, remain stored on our servers. This data may be retained for administrative, backup, or legal purposes as necessary.
Restricted Content
We do not accept hosting or publishing of pornographic, drug-related, violent content - including hunting or selling weapons -, and other prohibited content. Additionally, users are prohibited from sharing any content that promotes illegal activities, harassment, discrimination, or any form of hate speech. This includes content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, such as unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material or trademarks.
